CHARTER HIRE INCLUDES: Quotation includes use of vessel & equipment 24Hrs per day for work role stated above, Ship
management, Insurance (for Middle trade areas), crew, crew's victualing, Laundry. · EXCLUDES: Excludes port charges, Fuel, Lubes, pilotage, communications, agency fees & local taxes. Also excludes any insurance
excess as required by clients over & above our normal cover, i.e. equipment insurance.COMMUNICATIONS: GSM & SAT Comms (fax & data) are available on board. Rates are published in a tariff sheet available
on request. All Email "data" calls are billed at cost to client's account. Separate numbers and accounts are given to client at the time of boarding on request.
DELIVERY/RE-DELIVERY: Shall always be at the
in-bound / out-bound pilot station of the port or place of delivery unless stated otherwise in the "rates" section above.
TERMS: Payment terms MOB/DEMOB invoiced on departure, Payable in 14 days. Thereafter
weekly in arrears on 30 days terms. Payment will reach Atlantic Marine's UK account 30 days from invoice – interest on late payment @ 2% per month.
Catering:
- Option 1: suitable for 12hr ops; 1 x cook + Steward, 3 hot meals/day + one cold at night, laundry & cabin service.
- Option 2: for 24hr operations; 2 x Cooks + steward Laundry & cabin service, 24hr cold meat table selection + 4 hot meals per day. Food available on demand.
Accommodation: Linen & victualling supplied within day rates. (Scotian Shore can carry a total complement of 28 persons– and Pacific Horizon has capacity for 44) both ships could carry more with some alteration.
Damages / alterations: Any damage to the ships equipment / fixtures & fittings when caused by clients, clients representatives their operations or any alterations required by the same shall be repaired / replaced
'as new' at clients cost. Any alterations to the "fabric" or structure of the ship shall only be carried out with owners written acceptance.
Off hire / termination: "Cause" shall not include
breakdown of rental or survey equipment, computers or telephonic or other communication equipment.
RATE WILL INCLUDE USE OF ALL SHIP'S DECK EQUIPMENT AND "A" FRAME (As per spec).
