• Recovery and storage - We have recovered a number of ships and yachts for lenders over the past 25 years. Then assisted with sale and debt recovery.  We have the understanding and the experience to recover your asset.
• Repossesion - we assist and recover assets for lenders.
• Legal instruction - We have built up personal relationships with legal contacts in the world's leading law firms with a specialist emphasis on Marine Law and Aviation Law.  Paul Crowther has substantial experience in acting for clients in these specialist areas and has a particular understanding of contract law, charter and sale contracting, ship arrest, asset recovery and international marine / aviation Law.
• Flag States and registration with a specialist knowledge of onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
• Management including delivery passages, crewing ad crew agencies, payroll, applicable law and all aspects of daily management and operational control of large yachts and ships.
• Disposal - We have purchased a number of ships and yachts from lenders and also have acted as brokers and agents for lenders. we have the contacts and the understanding in the market to get the assets sold and recover funds as required.
