Atlantic Marine and Aviation LLP are ship owners and managers. We run offshore ships in with specilist areas in Offshore Wind, Subsea Cables and Oil & Gas support/Survey. We also manage large yachts and yacht crew. Atlantic Marine are offshore subsea contractors and engineers.  The group draws on a wealth of expertise across Air, Sea and Property. The business is the family owned shareholder behind a string of Uk companies in "Offshore", Aviation, Property and software development. Principally an offshore ship owning company with a wealth of "subsea" and "in air" experience.

Paul Crowther is the senior Partner, Director and Chairman. An entrepreneur, Ship's Master, Commercial YachtMaster, Ship Manager, Subsea Diver, Yachtsman and Private Pilot.

25 years of experience 'at the helm' as an entrepreneur in business as company director and chairman of the group of companies with an annual turnover of up to $25M USD.

Atlantic Marine and Aviation has three main areas of business:

1. Offshore ship ownership and management: We own our own fleet of ships. Specialists in ship charter for Offshore Windfarm support, Marine Survey, Offshore Platform support and general marine services.  We own ships from 55M to 90M (1000 GRT to 5000 GRT), and operate them, on a fully crewed and managed basis, around the world.

2. Yacht Management and Agency:  We act as charter brokers for the client interested in large Super and MegaYacht charter.  yachts from 30M to 200M is our specialist sector.  We have the benefit of being Super Yacht owners and operators, and also having owned YachtBrokers International of Antibes in recent years.  There is a wealth of experience to draw on and we offer a personal service to a small but influtential private client base together with our corporate charter clients.

3. Aircraft owners and operations:  We own our own aircraft. Lease, hire and management. We also act as brokers for private jet charter around Europe.

25 years of owner/operator assets bought & sold include:

3 Jets and Turboprop aircraft and 40 Commercial ships, Yachts and SuperYachts owned, operated and sold. A further 6 aircraft and 3 ships leased and many more SuperYachts bought and sold on behalf of our clients:

• 1992-2011: 12 Deep Sea Ships purchased, operated in commercial charter and sold including Survey Ships up to 6,000 Tonnes, Anchor Handling and supply ships, Deep Ocean salvage Tugs, Freight Coasters, Seismic Survey Vessels, Submersible Support Ships and Diving Support Ships.

• 1988-2010: 4 Motor/Super Yachts purchased, owned and operated for charters, from 70 ft to 150 ft

• 2005-2011: 3 aircraft purchased, owned and operated including 1 x King Air Turbo Prop, 2 x Citation II 550 series jet aircraft.

• 2006-2008: leasing and operation of 1 x Dornier 328 airliner, 2 x Hawker 800B medium jets and 2 x Premier 1 Jets

• 1986-1991: 24 Deep Ocean Trawlers purchased and then sold
